The Madrid Campus of Justice is organised as a fortress that opens up to the transport hub at the west of the site. The fortress is formed by the actual court buildings and the public parking at the perimeter of the site. This court buildings embrace a raised public zone that allows the visitors to circulate to the court buildings. This raised public level forms the heart  of the Madrid Campus of Justice, where visitors and employees find urban density of services and a multitude of indoor and outdoor areas and activities to accommodate the very different needs of the users.
